Important Notice:
For your security and ours, a parcel opening video is mandatory if you have any concerns regarding your order. Please record a clear, continuous video while unboxing the parcel to help us verify any genuine defect, missing item, or issue for replacement or refund.
⚠️ Note: Complaints about damage, missing items, or refunds will not be accepted without an opening video.
Return Eligibility
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to inform us if you wish to return an item. Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The delivered product is defective or damaged.
Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email to request a return.
- Our support team will share the return address and instructions.
- Please pack the item securely in its original condition and packaging.
- Send the parcel back using a traceable courier service at your own expense.
Refund Policy
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 working days after the returned item passes our quality check.
- All returns should be sent directly to our provided address.
